TUTORIAL TIME!
Barbie Pinks
Step 1-FILLING IN BROWS: I always start off by priming my eyebrows, using a spool to brush the hairs in place, then fill in the bottom with a pencil. Next, I fill in the top portion with a dark shade powder.
Step 2-PRIME EYELIDS: For this look I used Ruby Kisses Magic Eyeshadow primer, found at my local beauty supply store
Step 3-NYX JUMBO EYE PENCIL IN MILK(WHITE BASE): Place all over lids, pack in to lids for an opaque color, this helps the color to stick and be more vibrant
Step 4-LIGHT PINK ON INNER LID: Instead of brushing color on, pack with a fluffy brush
Step 5-MEDIUM PINK IN MIDDLE LID:Pack on middle of lid, and blend into the lighter pink, you may need to bush the colors together for blending purposes
Step 6-DARK PINK ON OUTER CORNERS:Place darker pink on the outer cornors patting color on and brushing into medium pink to blend
Step 7-BLEND OUT HARSH LINES: Using a blending crease brush I used a flesh toned color to blend out any harsh lines from the pinks on the lids. We do not want a crease color, just color on our lids. Take the flesh tone to just a little bit under the brow bone.
Step 8-HIGHLIGH BROW BONE: Taking a shimmery color, as we just used all mattes on our lid, highlight the brow bone
Step 9-LIQUID LINER (THIN LINE!)
Step 10-LASH LINE COLOR (PURPLE): Taking a medium shade of purple line your lower lash line for a pop of color
Step 11-WHITE LINER ON WATER LINE
Step 12-MASCERA: I used falsies mascera by maybelline
And that completes our eye look!
